What is Wellness for You?
- For me, wellness is not about chasing perfection—it’s about creating harmony in your life. It’s about finding a rhythm that feels natural, nourishing, and true to who you are. I’m Nadine, and Nadine Movement was born from my own journey of rediscovery. In my early years, I chased ideals that didn’t align with my true self. I made choices shaped by external expectations—trying to live a life that looked impressive, but left me feeling unfulfilled and disconnected. For so long, I felt trapped by the relentless message of “no pain, no gain.” Wellness and fitness seemed tied to extremes—you were either “all in” or “not enough.” There was no space for ease, no room for harmony. The pressure to achieve left me exhausted, out of sync with my body and mind. So I began a journey back to myself. I dedicated myself to understanding what it truly means to live in alignment. I explored practices rooted in connection—the kind that nourish the body, calm the mind, and awaken the soul. Through learning, experimenting, and integrating what resonated, I began to shape a more holistic approach to living—one that honors the uniqueness of each individual and nurtures the potential within us all.
As an instructor, I know how rewarding it is to guide others—but let’s be honest, it’s not always easy. Balancing creativity, science, and connection while staying inspired can feel overwhelming.
That’s why I created this space—not just for those looking to move and heal, but also for instructors and practitioners.
